To obtain a Returns Number you will need to contact your the Returns Department. No goods will be accepted without written authorisation and a Returns Number from www.fibrecables.com.au. To proceed with a Return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your refund will be paid within 14 days after the returned items have been returned and tested to be faulty. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Any goods that are returned as faulty, are tested and if found to be not faulty there will be a $44.00 Charge.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Our returns policy regulations stipulate that you have 7 days from the time of delivery to return the products to us for a full refund (this excludes any postage charges). All products must be returned unopened in their original packing. The cost of returning products will be met by customer. You must ensure products are adequately packaged, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product that has been damaged due to negligent packaging. Also if the provided RMA Number is not present on the returned package in a clear and easy to identify manner then the parcel may be rejected at the customers expense. So please follow the instructions supplied when applying for the an RMA to reduce any issues when returning goods.
A 25% handling fee may be charged for goods returned after 7 days.
We send out your order same day shipping for all orders received before 2pm where possible. If the goods are out of stock we will contact you straight away, giving you the due date, if this is not convenient for you then we will give a full refund on request.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damaged being sustained during transit.
If there is any obvious damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2-3 Business Days for East Coast customers and 5-8 Business Days for West Coast customers. We will endeavour to use Overnight Air Freight when possible to reduce these estimated time frames for delivery.
